ARARIO GALLERY SEOUL presents the joint exhibition titled《Carving in, Modeling out》 featuring sculptors MOON Shin (1922-1995) and Gwon Osang (b. 1974), through June 22. This exhibition aims to connect the diverse artistic initiatives of MOON Shin, who has been recognized for his innovative and pioneering attempts in the history of Korean sculpture from the 1970s to the 1990s, with the sculptural experiments of a younger artist Gwon Osang, who has been acknowledged for his new experiments in different medium since the late 1990s.

Gwon Osang's Solo Exhibition《A I R MASS: 바람이 다니는 길》on View Through July 16, 2023, at Lotte Gallery Jamsil

Lotte Gallery in Jamsil will present《A I R MASS: 바람이 다니는 길》a solo exhibition by Gwon Osang from May 12 to July 16. This exhibition is a tripartite collaboration between Lotte Gallery, women’s fashion brand EENK, and the artist. On May 25, a fashion show runway featuring EENK and editorial shop ELI’DEN was held among the artist’s 6-meter-high works.

ARARIO GALLERY Seoul’s Reopening Exhibition,《Romantic Irony》on View Through March 18, 2023

Arario Gallery was established in 1989 in Cheonan and opened its first Seoul outpost in April 2006 after renovating an old building located in Sogyeok-dong. The Seoul branch moved to Samcheong-dong in 2014 and ran for approximately eight years before moving to a larger venue.
